We're a recreational cheer program rooted in Central Oregon, built on the belief that every athlete deserves to feel strong, supported, and part of something bigger.
Our Story
From Redmond Youth Cheer to Mountain Peak Athletics
Mountain Peak Athletics started as a dream to create more than just a cheer program — it started with a goal to build confidence, connection, and opportunities for athletes in Central Oregon.
What began as Redmond Youth Cheer in 2017 grew from a small recreational cheer program into a community that welcomed athletes of all ages and experience levels. Over the years, the program expanded — adding more teams, creating opportunities for competition and sideline cheer, and helping athletes develop not only skills, but friendships, leadership, and lifelong memories.
As the program continued to grow, so did the vision. Redmond Youth Cheer evolved into Mountain Peak Athletics — a name that reflects where we are headed and what we believe every athlete is capable of achieving. Today, Mountain Peak Athletics offers cheer, stunt, tumbling, recreational classes, sideline opportunities, and competitive teams while continuing to serve families across Central Oregon.
While our name changed, our mission never did. We remain committed to creating a place where athletes feel supported, challenged, and celebrated. Whether it’s an athlete stepping onto the mat for the very first time or preparing for competition season, our focus stays the same: helping kids grow into confident, hardworking individuals through the sport they love.
